Registration Information
TICKETING OPTIONS
Outdoor Health Forum 2024 is a 5-day residential, family friendly, immersive event. You can also choose to attend for 3 days or a 1 day pass.
A 3-day ticket registers you to attend from Sunday 14th April to Wednesday 17th April, including 3 nights.
A 1-day ticket registers you to attend on a day of your choosing. We recommend Monday 15th April OR Tuesday 16th April for full value, though you could choose to attend any day. Overnight is unavailable with this option.
The ‘Family, Friends, Loved Ones’ ticket is where a partner or family member is coming to the event. This includes access to family inclusive sessions only, food and a tent site. This rate is only available as an add-on to full priced tickets.
Immersion Day on Wednesday, is a chance for everyone to choose a half-day or whole-day experience of their choice, either onsite at the venue or offsite. Depending on the option an extra cost covering fee will apply (eg. Maria Island Ferry fee). Choices will be available to select in early 2024.
ACCOMMODATION
Spring Beach Youth Camp will be hosting accommodation for this years’ Outdoor Health Forum.
Dorm beds are available for onsite accommodation for an extra fee of $200. This is available as a 5 night option for $200+GST. If you would like it for a 3 night stay it is the same price as we need to allocate the room for the full duration. The cost of a bed is the same for anyone, whether you are a member, non-member, early bird, student or volunteer (this is the cost we are charged by the venue per bed).
Dorm dwellers please note: you will have access to showers at any time and need to bring your own pillow, sleeping bag and linen. Some linen is available to hire at extra charge. More information on the Dorm option can be found here: www.springbeachyouthcamp.com.au/centre-facilities.
Camping with your own gear is included in the ticket price. At registration let us know if you will need a car or van space.
HIRE of camping gear is now fully booked, please book a dorm instead.
All campers please note: access to showers between the hours of 9am and 4pm.
Book a dorm bed at the Forum to GO INTO THE DRAW FOR A CHANCE TO WIN a Pennicott Wilderness Journeys voucher which allows 2 adults to travel on an award winning 3 Hour Wilderness Cruise with either Bruny Island Cruises or Tasman Island Cruises, or in the Vista Lounge with Wine Glass Bay Cruises. This voucher is valued at $310 and valid until April 2025. All OH 2024 Forum registrants who have already paid for a dorm or do so by 1 April 2024 will be entered.
